Refurbish Process:
All Statim’s are completely refurbished by an experienced, MFR-trained technician.
Do not settle for any machines where the seller is not willing to warranty them!!
We have all of the proper tools to refurbish the right way.  Here is what we do to refurbish our autoclaves:
Complete top-to-bottom rebuild
Complete top-to-bottom cleaning
Water pump tested and new pump filter installed
Exhaust valve disassembled and cleaned. The valve's spring/plunger are replaced if needed
Boiler is screened for potential problems, then calibrated
Probe bracket is aligned
Cassettes are aligned
Isoplate is inspected for cracks and replaced if needed
Chamber temperature probe is calibrated
Compressor is tested to ensure strong airflow output
PCB is inspected for burn damage or evidence of overheating
Reservoir is cleaned
Check valve is always replaced
Microswitch kit is always replaced
The cassette is cleaned, and a BRAND NEW seal is installed
The cover is refinished with a high-quality acrylic enamel finish that is designed to last for years
