We now use tablet technology and have replaced the key pad with a user friendly interface displayed on a tablet. It now automatically creates work orders, sends texts and emails. When service is requested at a specific machine  via the tablet software it sends an instant message via text to the appropriate service member now allows custom machine naming and custom service type naming giving you the end user the ability to customize the system to their specific needs. We have joined forces with WPM to patent the technology. This system takes the CMMS to a higher level CPMS computerized production monitoring system. Offers full reporting on all equipment. It also gives the OOE overall operating efficiency in real time. This system greatly increase response time compared to other systems.
Tattle Tale 2 is a wireless remote production monitoring tool
that is very useful in tracking several service types including Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, Processor, Quality Control, Material Handler, Secondary Equipment, Color Changes, Mold Changes, Tool Room, Press uptime and Press downtime. It offers Daily, Monthly and one year downtime statistics in a printable report form. A lot of companies track process times no one tracks the service type downtimes. I displayed this at the International Plastics Exhibition in Orlando in March 2015 the response was overwhelming.  All systems are fully customizable for the end users company. The system is capable of 35 presses but a second system can be purchased to cover additional presses. There is a lead time as each system is built from scratch to your exact specifications.
So how does it work
The base system does all the work. A remote is placed at each press to be monitored, and each service type has a corresponding button. So if button one was pressed and that represented maintenance and that  specific remote was on press 6, there would be a visual display, as well as an audible announcement that maintence was needed at press 6. Most companies equip staff with smart phones and wireless internet the system will send a email directly to a group of team members, these groups of people are added by the end user and in this case only the maintenance team is notified via email. A very useful feature that was requested by an end user. The downtime then is tracked and charged to that service type in this case the maintenance department, see image for example. This system also covers press preventative  maintenance, on all machines a button is specifically added for this feature it tallies the time associated with each PM and the statistics are displayed in the reports see images. It also prints out the monthly PM schedules based on each individual press. For those companies who require specific form numbers there is an option to add the form number to comply with ISO and TS audits. Through the use of an external VNC program this system can be set up to be monitored in shop or from home. Productfast Automation can quickly make changes as needed by logging into the system upon request and changing or making minor modifications.
The base unit sells for 95.00 and each remote is 0.00 included in the price are modifications as agreed to before purchase. Modifications outside the regular system features are added at the rate of .00 per hour. The price was derived by taking 35 presses and the approximate cost to install the Andon light system would be 0.00 per press by the time the lights and additional items required to install the system, including conduit, wire and other needed items, the system would have a cost of approximately ,500. The cost for a 35 press system is about  ,995 + shipping without major modifications to the base system. We include a large screen monitor, a high speed touch screen laptop with software preinstalled, a large PA speaker system to announce the service type requested and all cables needed. Remotes are FCC pre certified and when possible we always use ROHS compliant materials. The full system can be installed within about 4-6 hours after receiving the unit.
The system is sold with all hardware, monitor, PA speaker, cables and software as a complete turn key unit.
Installation is available at a time, travel and material basis.
We have offer special finance plans all units sold will require a minimum 25% down with final payment due within 30 days of shipment. Late fees may be assessed after such time. We can extend 6 months same as cash with the minimum down payment. We do this so you can be confident that your system works as described.
The fixed price below is the price as described above based on a 35 Press system complete with 35 remotes. With standard customization as agreed before the transaction is accepted. If you require less than 35 we deduct 0.00 for each remote not needed.
Please note that the option below is for shipping as each system is custom made and parts are custom ordered based on specifications we will ship as soon as the system is assembled and tested usually around 3-4 weeks before shipping.
