Lot of 58 Pieces DOLL HOUSE MINIATURE ACCESSORIES collection vintage variety wow

Up for your consideration is this large 58 pieces lot of miniature Doll House accessories, there is a big variety with kitchen, primitive country items like eggs in holders, food, bags of flour, Pepsi bottles in holder, tools, a hobby horse, candle making mold, hangers, clothing, and just tons of great pieces.  Most are 1/12 scale.  They are all in very good condition with some slight signs of age and handling, the gold gilt plate has a repair, please see photos.
The metal hobby horse (rocking horse) measures 1 7/8 inches tall by 2 3/16 inches long (for scale).
