    Lot of four (4) different vintage metal
    lapel pins featuring an artistic rendering of the tree insignia of the U. S. Forest Service, on various service awards for employees, manufactured in the 1990s.
    Largest item measure
    s 1 inch at its longest point.
    This rare set is
    in Very Good or better condition,
    with visible signs of light wear from handling, well preserved for its age
    .
    Mounting post and removable connector cap on reverse of each are near-pristine; all are fully wearable on fabric. On the front is an oblong image of the USFS logo and other forestry-themed iconography in an inlaid design, smooth acrylic surface and multi-colored imagery, with titles in stylized lettering, all on silver and gold tone metal surfaces. BONUS: A green metal forest service insignia shield, with no attachments on reverse, is included. Mystery item had an adhesive label on back at one time; make of it what you will.
