    1958 2nd place U.W. Minnesota wheelmen 13in trophy This is very rare , the National wheelmen organization was disbanded in 1953 and had only a few hundred members.Only to be started up and renamed in 1960s again. I could not find anything about University of Minnesota chapter it must of kept the name the wheelmen after the national group disbanded . Another thing all newer trophy's all the riders have helmets.also I guess there were only two racing tracks one in Wisconsin and in California in the 1950s .  This  trophy appears walnut  over 13 in high the racer on bike  6 in high and the base 5 in wide.no local pickup thank you. sold in as is condition.
