Description
vintage poster size Souvenir fold-out game board from Yellowstone National Park -- titled 'Vacation Days' and copyright by R.N. Cowley in 1928-- likely originally had 3 dice and a few automobile playing pieces that are long gone -- printed on 3 folding panels of medium heavy cardstock paper and measures app. 22 by 33 in. unfolded -- played by throwing 3 dice and following the numbered instructions on the two side sections - a few are pretty hilarious: 'bit by a bear. you can't be too careful' and 'bears stole your candy. no move' --
-- appears to be very rare: likely expensive to produce and a very short lived souvenir item --
--
ripping at the seam ends with some old tape repairs / a small area of the image has abraded and is missing near the lower right corner / soft corners / scribbling on the back side -- good color
